Former President,Goodluck Jonathan disclosed yesterday at the launch of a book titled "My life and Nigerian Politics" written by former PDP board of trustee member Tony Anenieh,that he was not done with politics although he has not been attending PDP meetings but remained a PDP strong member.

His words "I have not retired from politics.I know that since I left office I have not been at meetings of the party but am still a committed PDP member.

At the book launch Chief Tony Anenih disclosed he was retiring from active and partisan politics but will give his advise to the nation when need.
 He also called on Nigerians to support President Buhari's administration.

ADC plane crash survivor Peter Onuka grateful to God for saving his life ten year ago

"Exactly10 years today, I was involved in a plane crash. The plane, a Boeing 737 operated by ADC Airline, was on a passenger flight from Lagos to Sokoto, via Abuja. After a short stop at Nnamdi Azikiwe airport, Abuja, the plane took off again, heading to Sokoto with 100 passengers and 5 crew members. But some seconds or a minute after take-off, the plane began to loose altitude, crashed and burst into flames.The pictures below show the remains of the plane. At least 96 people died in the crash, my heart goes to these people and their families however, out of this wreckage God brought me out alive without serious injuries. How God saved me in this crash I can't explain but I am grateful. Today, I raise an altar of praise to God. please do me a favour if you are reading this, as you take a few seconds to lift a voice of praise and thankgiving to God on my behalf. Thanks be unto God, which always causes us to triumph in Christ".

Dubai Sheikh delivers $350,000 worth of emergency supplies to Haiti with his private jet

The Vice President and Prime Minister of the United Arab Emirates,Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid al-Maktoum used his private cargo plane to deliver 90 tonnes of emergency supplies Haiti in Caribbean island in the wake of Hurricane Matthew.
 The displacement of more than 300,000 people in Haiti prompted him to send the stuffs worth abouth $350,000 to the people.
The delivery was supervised by the Sheikh's wife, Princess Haya Bint Al Hussein, who personally oversaw the relief mission which included tents, mosquito nets, medical supplies and water purification units.She took to her instagram account and wrote,

26 year old Danish National rides bicycle from Denmark to Nigeria

On behalf of the Cross-River state government,Prince Godswill Edward-Prince and other two political appointees( Mr. Effiwatt- S.A Sports and Mr. Eric Anderson- S.A Tourism) received Mr. Sunnel Thuesem, 26,a Danish young man and a bicyclist enthusiast who rode bicycle from Denmark to Nigeria.

 Some people are asking how possible it is to ride a bicycle from Europe to Africa while some are calling him and illegal immigrant saying if it was aa Nigerian the Europeans will say he entered illegally into their country.
