News reaching Kelechinwokoreporters has it that an Appeal Court Sitting in Makurdi,Benue state has just sacked the former Senate President David Mark and nullified his election victory.
David Mark and Daniel Onjeh of the All Progressives Congress senatorial candidate in Benue South,have being struggling it out over the victory of David Mark in the last election.
While delivering his judgement Justice Olabisi Ige ruled that Senator Marks victory failed all "Freeness and Fairness".
The court ruled that a fresh election should be conducted within 90 days in the Benue North Senatorial district.
