Godwin Obaseki wins Edo State APC party nomination

 Mr.Godwin Obaseki today won the APC party primaries and emerged the governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) for the Sept. 10 election in Edo State.

 The leader of the party’s national delegation,Gov.Aminu Masari of Katsina State who conducted the primary election stated that the election was credible,free and fai and urges all loser to support the party in the spirit of good sportsmanship.

 Mr. Obaseki pulled the highest number of votes to emerge.He scored 1,618 votes to defeat his 11 opponents.
Lol a former governor of the state Osariemen Osunbor secured eight votes only.
