Owerri the Imo state Capital has been shut down for the Burial of His Royal Majesty,Eze (Pharm.) Emmanuel Emenyeonu Njemanze, (Ozuruigbo the V of Owerri) the Paramount Ruler of Owerri Royal Kingdom before the integration of the kingdom by the Governor of Imo state Owelle Rochas Okorocha for reasons best know to him.
