My man the working governor of River state have defeated the All progressive Congress Candidate Dagogo something again.The Governor who had filed twenty grounds of appeal to the Supreme Court, alleging that the election tribunal relied on hearsay and inadmissible evidence to arrive at its judgment plus including trying to please the presidency.
The Supreme Court on today Wednesday upheld the election of Rivers State Governor, Nyesom Ezenwo Wike declaring that the election was conducted in line with the Electoral Act.Hoo Haaa.
In a lead judgment by Justice Kekere-Ekun, the Supreme Court unanimously validated the election of Rivers State Governor, Nyesom Ezenwo Wike on the grounds that he won with the lawfully valid votes.
The Supreme Court panel lead by Chief Justice of Nigeria, Justice Mahmoud Mohammed declared that it will be giving reasons for its judgment on February 12.
At least the judiciary can be relied upon for ones in this country.
