One of the National commissioners of Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) Hajia Amina Bala Zakari has been honoured with the Global Achiever's Award as 2015 Commonwealth Woman of the Year.The award was presented to her at a Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting (CHOGOM) event held recently in Bay, Malta was organized by the International Round-table on Governance, Enterprise for a better world and Development (IRGED) in conjunction with the Royal Commonwealth Society Nigeria Chapter.Congrats to her.
