The Supreme Court have thrown to the trash an appeal by the Senate President Bukola Saraki questioning the validity of the Code of Conduct Tribunal handling his case and just affirmed the Court of Appeal's ruling that the Code of Conduct Tribunal is constitutional.
So his trial will soon commence and he should be ready to come and clear himself.
