EFCC: Fayose collects kick-backs from contractors By Sunshine Anifowose

Just read the details of EFCC's response and affidavit to our case in court on the pages of Newspapers.

I want to thank EFCC for coming out with all the details of the allegations against Ayo Fayose.

However, I wish to ask who authored the response? Did the lawyer that drafted the response in the affidavit attended LAW SCHOOL?

Summary of EFCC's defense in its affidavits are as follows

1. That EFCC got a court order to freeze Ayo Fayose's bank account on July 24.

2. That the bank account has been frozen before the court order was issued. Bank Account frozen since June 15.

3. That details of the transactions between ONSA and the Obanikoros were made known. However, no evidence attached that Fayose collected money from ONSA.

4. That all the money credited into ABIODUN Agbele's bank account had ZENITH BANK as the DEPOSITOR and not ONSA nor the OBANIKOROS.

5. That Zenith Bank who is one of the respondents/defendants in the case did not file any affidavit in court to contradict Fayose.

6. That contrary to the orchestrated lies by the opposition that Gov. Fayose have N4bn in his bank account, the EFCC has came out to tell the world that the amount in Gov. Fayose's Zenith Bank Account is N89million and another N300million in his fixed deposit account making a total of N389million.

7. That the EFCC alleged Fayose in his affidavit that the Governor collected kick-back from contractors of EKSG to buy houses on the name of his sister in Lagos and Abuja. However, no evidence attached as exhibit in the affidavit to buttress the allegation. The names of the contractors and amounts collected from the contractors were not stated as exhibit as well.

8. Lastly, with the testimonies of EFCC in its affidavit, one could see that the commission has shot itself on the legs. The case has been won and lost already provided the Esau and Jacob from Abuja did not compromise the rules of law.

Good morning every one.
